든든한 영양간식, 바나나땅콩우유

#92. 서울우유 홍보대사 행복한 곰돌씨 님의 ‘바나나땅콩우유’

오늘은 아이들 영양간식으로 좋은 바나나땅콩우유를 만들어 보았어요. 바나나는 칼륨과 식이섬유소가 풍부하여 건강한 과일이고, 땅콩은 불포화지방산이 풍부한 식품인데요. 이 두 가지를 우유와 함께 섞으면 맛도 있고 건강에도 좋은 영양간식이 만들어진답니다 :D 그럼 레시피를 시작해볼까요?

재료
목장의 신선함이 살아있는 75℃ 우유 200mL, 얼린 바나나 한 개, 땅콩가루 한 큰술 (생땅콩 두 큰술로 대체가능)

우유는 그냥 마셔도 맛있지만, 웬만한 재료와 잘 어울리기 때문에 활용도도 높은 식품이죠!
바나나를 우유와 함께 섞으면 달콤한 바나나 셰이크가 완성되고, 땅콩이랑 섞으면 고소함이 배가 되는데요. 오늘은 두 가지를 함께 :D

오늘 제가 사용한 우유는 서울우유 신제품 <목장의 신선함이 살아있는 75℃우유>인데요. HTST와 MF공법으로 유해 세균을 99.99% 제거한 1급 A 원유라 아이들에게 마음 놓고 먹일 수 있답니다.

센스 있게 옆에 눈금을 표시해둬 요리할 때에도 아주 유용하더라고요!

레시피는 바나나와 땅콩가루, 우유를 넣고 믹서기에 갈아주시면 끝!

바나나가 단맛을 살려주기 때문에, 따로 시럽을 첨가하지 않아도 달콤한데요. 취향에 따라 시럽을 추가하셔도 괜찮을 거 같아요~

포만감도 있어서 가벼운 식사로도 대체할 수 있을 거 같아요.
