러스크, 식빵으로 맛있는 간식 만들기

집에 마땅히 먹을 간식이 없는 분들~ 식빵 하나면 충분해요! 아니, 식빵 테두리 부분만 있으면 맛있는 간식을 먹을 수 있답니다! 오늘은 식빵 테두리의 화려한 변신! 러스크  레시피 알려드릴게요~ :D

재료
서울우유 버터, 아침에 허니버터, 식빵 테두리 부분, 계피설탕

저는 담백한 식빵을 아주 좋아하는데요. 가끔은 식빵의 테두리 부분이 먹기 싫을 때가 있어요. 그럴 땐 미리 잘라 냉동실에 보관한답니다 :D 러스크를 만들면 식빵이 또 다른 맛있는 간식이 되니까요!

DSC05555저는 서울우유 버터를 사용하기 편한 크기로 잘라 용기에 담아서 냉장실이나 냉동실에 보관하고 있어요. 매번 버터 자를 때마다 힘들이지 않아 편하고, 설거지도 한 번에 해결되니 좋아요! :D

먼저, 프라이팬에 버터 조각을 넣어 녹여주세요. 식빵 양이 많아 저는 조금 많이 넣었지만, 양에 따라 버터를 조절해 주세요!

프라이팬에 골고루 버터를 입혀주세요. 조금 더 특별한 러스크를 위해 아침에 허니버터도 함께 녹여주었답니다.
