초간단 캔 옥수수요리, 마약 옥수수 만드는 법

벌써 7월도 끝이 보이네요. 본격적인 여름도 시작되어, 며칠 전부터 꽤 더워졌죠? 우리나라는 습도까지 높아, 그 더위가 더 심하게 느껴지는 거 같아요. 이런 날씨에는 가스레인지 불 앞에서 오래 요리하기 너무 힘들죠! 이번에 준비한 요리는 조리시간을 최대한 줄인! 허니버터 마약 옥수수 레시피입니다 :D

오늘은 통 옥수수가 아닌 간편한 캔 옥수수를 이용해서 만들어보려고 해요. 맛은 같지만, 더더더 간단하게 만들 수 있는 초간단 캔 옥수수 요리! 지금부터 시작할게요!

초간단 허니버터 마약 옥수수를 만드는 데 필요한 재료를 소개합니다!

재료

캔 옥수수 1캔, 아침에 허니버터 2큰술, 서울우유 저지방우유 3큰술, 마요네즈 2큰술, 설탕 약간, 파마산 치즈가루 적당량,  파프리카 가루 적당량 (파프리카 가루는 고춧가루로 대체 가능해요)

먼저 캔에 들어있는 옥수수는 뜨거운 물에 한번 헹궈 주세요.

체에 밭쳐서 물기를 빼주시고요. :)

이제 소스 만들어 줄 시간! 설탕 대신 국산 꿀이 들어간 아침에 허니 버터를 사용해 주었어요. 달콤한 버터라 빵에 그냥 발라먹어도 맛있답니다 :D

작은 팬에 서울우유 저지방우유와 허니 버터, 마요네즈를 넣어 뭉근하게 끓여주세요. 간을 봐가면서 설탕을 조금 더 참가해도 돼요. 집에 생크림이 있다면 넣어주세요! 더 맛있어진다고 하네요. ^^

이 정도로 소스가 걸쭉해지면~

뜨거운 물에 데친 캔 옥수수를 넣고 함께 약한 불에 끓여주세요.

촉촉하게 소스를 머금은 옥수수 ~

그릇에 옥수수를 담고, 그 위에 파마산 가루를 과감하게 뿌려주고, 파프리카 가루도 적당량 뿌려주세요. 파프리카 가루는 고춧가루 대용으로 넣은 건데요. 고춧가루를 넣으면 느끼한 맛을 잡아줘요. 대신 고춧가루가 왕창 쏟아질 수도 있으니, 체에 밭쳐서 솔솔 뿌려주세요.^^

고소하면서도 달콤하고, 짭짤하기까지! 치즈가루와 파프리카가루가 달고 느끼한 맛을 잡아주니 맛의 균형이 좋아요. 반할 수밖에 없는 맛!
