집에서 간편하게! 콩 없이 콩국수 만들기

#70. 서울우유 홍보대사 Alex 님의 ‘초간단 콩국수’ 레시피

여름이면 생각나는 메뉴 콩국수! 밖에서만 사 먹는 음식인 줄 알았는데, 저는 몇 년 전부터 집에서 만들어 먹고 있어요. 불린 콩을 갈아서 콩물 만들어 먹냐고요? 아니요~ 저는 번거롭고 귀찮은 게 싫어, 초간단 방법으로 만들어 먹고 있답니다:D

재 료
(3인분 기준)
두부 1모, 우유 400mL, 땅콩 4큰술, 소금 반 작은술, 소면이나 중면 300g, 얼음 약간, 오이 약간


번거로운 콩물 만들기 말고, 우유와 두부로 담백하고 간단하게! 재료도 정말 간단해요. 집에 거의 있는 재료들이죠?

그림1먼저 땅콩 4큰술을 갈아주세요. 우유를 두부와 함께 갈아도 되지만, 저는 좀 더 부드럽고 미세하게 갈기 위해서 따로 갈아주고 있어요.

두부는 작은 크기로 썰어주세요.

큰 믹서기 용기에 두부와 땅콩 간 거, 소금을 넣어주세요.

가장 중요한 재료죠! 바로 우유! 저는 서울우유의 밀크랩 고단백 저지방 홈밀크 제품을 사용했답니다 :)

우유를 400mL 넣고 함께 갈아주세요. 너무 걸죽하다 싶으면 우유를 조금 더 넣어주세요. 처음에는 간이 좀 짜다 싶을 거에요. 그런데 국수 면과 얼음을 함께 넣어 섞어 먹으면 간이 딱 맞으니 걱정마세요~^^

면은 끓는 물에 소금을 넣고 삶아주시고요.

오이는 채 썰어주세요.

찬물에 국수를 헹궈 차게 만든 후 물은 제거해주시고요.

만들어 놓은 콩물에 얼음을 동동 띄어줍니다.

그릇에 국수를 먹기 좋게 담고, 그 위에 콩물을 부어주고 오이로 장식하면 콩국수 만들기 끝! 전문점에 가지 않아도 집에서 맛있는 콩국수를 즐길 수 있어요~

엄마만 좋아하는 메뉴가 아니랍니다. 아이도 고소한 맛에 잘 먹어요. 여름이면 꼭! 생각나는 메뉴, 콩국수. 이젠 집에서 간편하게 만들어 드세요~:D
