안녕하세요 칠공이스토리입니다. 마트에 갈때마다 새로운 야채들이 마구 나와서 장보는 재미가 있어요. 겨울철에는 하우스재배가 많기도해서 값도 값이고 쉬 물러지는것 같아서 조금 조금씩만 구매했었는데 날씨도 좋고 채소도 너무 좋아서 장바구니에 넉넉하게 담을수 있어서 좋은것 같아요.

요즘에는 버섯철도 아닌것 같은데 버섯이 마트마다 싱싱하고 세일도 많이해서 볶아먹기도 하고 버섯밥을 해먹기에도 좋은것 같아요. 오늘은 서울우유 고소한 버터넣고 소금 조금넣고 볶은 버터 버섯볶음이랍니다.

서울우유 버터는 3가지 정도로 나뉘는데 무염버터 2종류, 가염버터 1종류가 있는데 저는 무염버터를 사용할때는 소금을 넣고 가염버터를 사용할때에는 소금을 사용하지 않기 때문에 큰 차이는 없긴한데 버터맛 팝콘을 만들때에는 가염버터를 사용하는게 편하고 일반 요리할때에는 무염버터가 좋은것 같더라구요.

무염버터중에서도 고소한 버터가 새롭게 출시 되었답니다. 고소한 버터 어떤 맛일지 너무 기대가 되요. 좋고 맛있는 버터일수록 요리에 넣었을때 특히 맛과 풍미가 달라진답니다.

무염버터와 가염버터를 구분하는 가장 쉬운 방법은 버터의 색이랍니다. 무염버터는 하얀색을 띄는반면 가염버터는 노란색, 아이보리색을 띄는것 같아요. 먹어보면 알겠지만 버터와 조금이나마 친하게 지내고 싶으시다면 알아두시는것도 좋을것 같아요.

후라이팬을 충분히 달군후에 버터 1큰술 정도 넣고 어느정도 녹은후에 느타리버섯 한팩을 넣어주고 볶으면 된답니다. 여기에 천일염 조금, 후추 조금 정도 양념이면 충분하답니다. 여기에 허브를 파슬리를 살짝 뿌려주셔도 괜찮지만 버터의 풍미를 지대로 느끼고 싶어서 소금과 후추정도로 살짝 간했답니다.

매일 매일 하루에 먹는 3끼 식사에 너무 고민하지 마시고 오늘 저녁은 가볍게 고소한 버터를 이용한 버섯볶음 어떠세요? 따뜻한 밥위에 고소한 버터 볶음 올리고 간장으로 슥슥 밥을 비벼먹어도 무지 맛있답니다.

심심하게 먹을수도 있고 쫄깃쫄깃한 식감으로 고기에 싸먹어도 맛나요~~ 버터 어렵게 생각마시구요. 볶음 요리에 활용해보시면 버터에 새로운 세상에 눈뜨실꺼에요.
