선선한 바람이 기분 좋아지는 가을밤에
시원한 맥주 한잔과 함께하면 아주 좋은 간단한 야식 겸 간식 겸 맥주 안주를 소개해 드릴게요.

바로 극장에서도 자주 먹게 되는 버터 오징어인데요.
아주 쉽게 만들 수 있는 메뉴지만 한번 먹기 시작하면 결코 멈출 수 없는 정말정말 맛있는 주전부리이니 꼭 한번 만들어 보세요.^^

[재료]
진미채(오징어채) 1봉(200g), 버터 크게 1큰술, 땅콩버터 2큰술, 설탕 1큰술(윗면 깎아서), 소금 1/4작은술

먼저 오징어채를 찬물에 여러 번 헹구듯 씻어낸 후 물기를 꼭 짜주세요. 만약 부드럽지 않은 제품이라면 잠시 물에 담가두었다가 사용하셔도 좋습니다.

팬에 버터와 땅콩버터를 넣고,

약한 불로 가열해서 잘 녹인 후 고루 섞어놓습니다.
제가 사용한 버터는 서울우유의 ‘고소한 버터’라는 제품인데요. 이름 그대로 고소한 맛과 향을 지닌 버터로 버터구이 오징어 레시피에 절대 빠져서는 안 될 재료랍니다.

녹은 버터들 위에 씻어둔 오징어채를 넣고 고루 섞어줍니다.

그런 다음 설탕과 소금을 넣어주시는데요.
소금의 경우 땅콩버터의 간간한 정도에 따라, 오징어채의 간간한 정도에 따라 양을 조절해주세요.

마지막으로 골고루 섞어서 물기 없이 바싹 볶아주면 완성입니다.

전 땅콩버터 자체에 땅콩분태가 들어간 제품을 사용해서 따로 땅콩을 뿌려주진 않았지만, 기호에 따라 추가로 땅콩 등을 뿌려서 함께 섞어 드셔도 맛있답니다.:D
