집에서도 간편하게 즐기는 멕시칸 스타일

#131. 서울우유 홍보대사 ‘줌마파워’님의 ‘살사소스’ 레시피

언제부터인지 모르겠으나 멕시칸요리를 너무나 좋아하게 된 일인이에요.
특히 타코나 나초를 이용해서 살사소스나 샤워크림소스 콕 찍어 먹는걸 정말정말 좋아하는데요. 마트에서 사려고보니 살사소스를 많이 안팔더라구요.
그래서 직접 만들어봤어요! :D

[재료]
토마토(잘 익은 것), 양파, 오이피클(또는 고추피클), 레몬즙, 올리고당1, 올리브유1
소금,후추 약간씩

피망이나 파프리카가 있다면 같이 곁들여 줘도 좋아요. 저는 재료가 똑 떨어지는 바람에 이번엔 넣지않았지만요.^^

그럼 본격적으로 살사소스 만들기 해볼까요~
일반적으로 빨간 토마토를 많이들 애용하는데요. 요즘 우리 식구들은 주황 방울토마토의 매력에 푹~ 빠져서 항상 냉장고 속에 있는터라 있는 재료를 활용했답니다.

우선, 토마토는 잘게잘게 썰어주세요.

오이피클, 양파 등도 토마토와 같은 사이즈로 잘게 썰어줍니다.

재료 손질이 끝났다면 볼에 모조리 담아주시고요.
레몬즙1/2, 올리고당1, 올리브유1 넣고 소금과 후추 약간 넣어 간을 맞춰주세요. 올리브유는 넣지 않아도 되지만, 개인적인 취향으로는 넣는 것을 강력 추천합니다.^^

그렇게 모든 재료들을 잘 섞어주면 살사소스 만들기 끝!
와우~불 한번 사용 안하고 요렇게나 쉽게 살사소스가 완성되니 너무나 간편하니 좋지 않나요?^^ 살사소스 만들기 레시피가 어렵다거나 특별할 것이 없다는 얘기지요~ 만드는 과정은 이토록 간편하지만 맛 하나만큼은 기가 막히답니다! 엄지척!

살사소스가 완성되었다면, 또띠아를 맛나게 구워 줘야지요.
또띠아는 먹기 좋은 사이즈로 잘라서 기름 두르지 말고 노릿하게 살짝만 구워주세요.

멕시칸 요리에서 샤워크림소스도 빼 놓을 수 없잖아요. 특히 타코 같은 거 먹을때 곁들이면 아주 맛있는데요. 사워크림소스도 마트에서 사려니 엄청난 대량이라 엄두가 안나더라고요.
사워크림소스 역시 플레인요거트와 레몬즙 섞어 하루이틀 숙성시키면 만들 수 있는데요. 성질 급한 저는 숙성 과정이 필요한 사워크림 대신 플레인요거트를 그대로 사용했어요. 제가 사용한 플레인요거트는 서울우유 요하임 플레인요거트인데요. 먹을 때마다 느끼는 게 담백하니 참 맛있더라고요.

그리하여 초 스피드로 멕시칸스타일 즐기기~짜잔!
살사소스만 간단히 만들어주면, 사워크림은 플레인요거트로 대신하여 맛난 멕시칸스타일 즐길 수 있어요!:D

어쩜 진짜 엄지척!
또띠아는 물론 나초도 살사소스와 플레인요거트랑 너무나 잘 어울려요.

요렇게 또띠아에 토핑해서 먹으니 진짜 별미구만요.^^

신랑이랑 저랑 멕시코요리를 좋아해서 자주 가는 레스토랑이 있는데, 이젠 집에서 간편하고 건강한 재료로 즐겨야겠어요.^^
