#139. 서울우유 홍보대사 ‘꾸리댁’님의 ‘홍시 요거트’ 레시피

요즘 부쩍 아이들이 찾는 과일이 있어요.
말캉하고 부드러운 홍신데요. 저는 개인적으로 좋아하지 않아 먹지 않지만, 아이들은 하루에 3개씩은 기본이네요!

홍시를 많이 먹으면 화장실 가기 힘들다는 말도 있죠. 속 안에 밝은색으로 보이는 곳에 탄닌이 들어있어 그런다는데, 과하지만 않다면 문제가 될 일은 없다네요.

그래도 혹시 몰라 꼭지 따주면서 그 부분도 제거해주고 있어요.

어제는 간식으로 아이들에게 ‘홍시 요거트’ 만들어줬답니다.
날이 덥다면 얼려 에이드를 만들어줘도 좋아했을 텐데, 절대 찬 음료 마실 날씨는 아니어서 말이죠.

약간의 새콤함과 달콤함이 만나 은근 맛난 조합을 이루어 냅니다.

디저트로도 좋은 ‘홍시 요거트’ 만드는 법

[재료]
말랑말랑한 연시, 떠먹는 요구르트, 우유, 꿀

이것만 있으면 끝!!
일단은 플레인요거트로 해야 향이나 맛이 더 살아나겠죠

꼭지는 떼어내고 껍질도 벗겨주었어요.
믹서기에 그냥 통으로 넣어줍니다.

서울우유에서 나오는 당이 들어가있지 않는 요구르트에요.
약간 걸쭉한 느낌이어서 우유를 살짝 첨가했습니다.

숟가락으로 5번 정도 조금 진하게 해주고 싶었거든요.

요즘 달아야 더 맛있겠죠.
꿀을 한 스푼 넣었어요.

조금 뻑뻑할듯하여, 맛있는 흰 우유를 살짝 붓고 믹서기로 곱게 갈아주면 완성입니다
근데 이렇게 층이 생기니 색이 너무 예쁘지 않나요?

연한 주황빛…좋아하는 향이 분명 아닌데도 군침을 삼켜버렸어요.

예쁜 컵에 따라주면, 순식간에 만드는 아이들 간식이 되네요.

식사하고 나서 디저트로 즐겨도 너무 좋겠죠?
입안을 정돈시켜주는 느낌도 들어요!

떠먹을 수 있는 정도의 농도로 했지만
나중에는 조금 더 묽게 해서 빨대 꽂아줘도 좋아할 것 같아요.

차갑게 즐기지는 않았지만
건강한 단맛을 맛볼 수 있어 저는 맘에 드네요.

그냥 먹어도 맛나지만
가끔 이렇게 변화를 줘 보는 것도 나쁘지 않겠죠
계속 떠먹게 되는 ‘홍시 디저트’ 만들어봤어요.
