수박 바나나 주스 시원하고 달달해! 윤식당 느낌

1바나나가 거뭇거뭇해지고 수박도 너무 익었네요 .
무얼 할까 고민하다가 수박 바나나 주스를 만들었어요.
수박은 시원하게 갈증 해소로도 도움 되니
여름 과일로 인기 있는데 우리 집 아이들이 아프니 과일도 잘 안 주네요 ㅠ
수족구…넘 슬프다 유행이라더니 애들이 유행을 또 타네요..

2바나나는 조금만 넣어도 향과 맛이 강하니 수박3 : 바나나1 비율로 넣어주세요
우유 역시 아이들을 위해서 살짝 얼린 다음에 넣어주었어요
물론 수박 바나나 주스 만들 때 안 넣어도 되지만 아이들에게 더욱 고단백으로 주기 위해 넣었어요 .

3마들렌 하나와 시원한 수박 주스 갈아서 냉큼 주었더니
둘째는 이제 조금 먹기 시작했고 첫째는 이것마저 거부하네요 ㅠ 먹는 게 힘들 수밖에~

4수박 하나 썰어서 슬쩍 꽂아주었더니 더 수박 주스 느낌 나죠 ?
바나나는 한입만 먹어도 확 – 그 맛이 느껴져요.

5수박이 너무 익어서 그냥 먹긴 부담스럽지만 이렇게 주스를 만드니 단맛이 정말 최고조에요 .
그 어떤 단맛 설탕, 시럽 등을 을 넣지 않아도 된답니다.

6마들렌 하나와 수박 바나나 주스!
넘 잘어울려! 여름에 이만한 과일 주스도 없네요 .

7윤식당 만드는 것만 보았지
사실 제가 맛보지 않아서 비교 불가지만 이대로 넘 맛나네요.
수박 바나나 주스 꼭 만들어 보세요!
