#125. 서울우유 홍보대사 ‘홈홈스토리’님의 ‘버터 감자구이’ 레시피
휴게소에서만 맛보던 알감자를 집에서 만들어 간식으로 냠냠!
감자 버터구이 레시피를 소개합니다.
[재료]
감자 / 버터 / 설탕 / 파슬리
알감자를 사용하면 더 좋지만 없다면 일반 감자로 요리해도 충분히 맛있답니다.
1. 감자를 깨끗이 씻어 껍질을 제거한 후 너무 두껍지 않게 썰어 주세요.
2. 버터를 팬에 올려서 고르게 녹여주세요.
제가 사용한 버터는 서울우유의 고소한 버터 인데요, 한번 사용할 분량으로 소포장 되어있어 편리해서 애용하고 있는 제품이랍니다. 거기에 제품명 그대로 부드럽고 고소한 맛에 향까지 더해줘 완성된 요리에 풍미가 가득해져요.
3. 버터가 녹으면 감자를 올려 앞뒤로 노릇하게 익혀요.
4. 감자를 그릇에 담으면서 군데군데 설탕을 뿌려요.
(짠맛을 좋아하신다면 맛소금 뿌리세요.)
5. 마지막으로 파슬리를 솔솔~ 뿌려주면 완성!
일반 감자로 요리를 할때에는 감자를 너무 두껍지 않게 썰어서 만드는 것이 중요해요.
버터로만 구워내기 때문에 더욱 고소하고 맛있답니다.
조금 더 맛을 내고 싶다면 마지막에 베이컨을 잘게 썰어 넣어 함께 볶아주어도 좋아요. ^^
