날씨가 많이 더워졌습니다. 이젠 카페를 가면 따뜻한 것 대신 시원한 걸 찾게 되는 계절인 것 같아요. 게다가 빽빽한 미세먼지로 인해 조금만 걸어도 목이 막히고, 시원한 탄산음료에 손이 가기 시작하죠. 그래서 4월 나100% 리뷰는 탄산음료와 서울우유 제품의 궁합을 알아보려 합니다. 과연 두 음료의 궁합은 어떨지, 4월 나100% 리뷰 힘차게 시작해볼까요?

밀크소다를 잇는 꿀딴지 소다 만들기
그럼 바로 사이다에 꿀딴지 3종을 각각 섞은, 꿀딴지 소다를 만들어볼게요. 과연 여러분들도 많이 알고 있는 밀키 소다처럼 될지, 서울우유의 어마어마한 실험정신이 발휘되는 순간인데요.

레시피는 정말 간단합니다. 그냥 우유에 탄산을 섞어주면 되거든요. 그런데 어떤 비율로 넣냐에 따라 고소함이 더 느껴지는지, 청량감이 더 느껴지는지가 결정된답니다. 개인적으로 우유 사이다 비율을 1:3 정도가 적당한 것 같아요. 그 외 더 달게 먹고 싶다면 설탕을 넣어주면 되겠죠? 참고로 탄산음료와 우유가 섞이면 단백질이 응고되기 때문에 잘 섞어 주어야 합니다.

3등! 초코 밀크 소다: 초코 꿀딴지와 사이다의 조합을 제일 기대했지만 사이다가 초코의 진한 달콤함을 이기진 못했던 것 같아요. 조금 답답하게 느껴졌다고 할까요? 썩 어울리지 않는 초코와 사이다의 조합이었습니다.

2등! 딸기 밀크 소다: 상큼한 딸기 맛과 톡 쏘는 사이다, 그 청량감도 두 배여서 시원하게 마실 수 있었습니다. 색깔마저 잘 어울리는 둘~ 1등과 우위를 가릴 수 없었지만, 개인의 취향을 살짝 담아 아쉽게 2등을 주었습니다.

그렇다면 1등은?! 두구두구두구~

1등! 바나나 밀크 소다: 바나나의 달콤한 향기와 사이다가 정말 잘 어우러져 평소 많이 먹던 밀키 소다보다 더 달콤하게 즐길 수 있어요. 청량한 달콤함이라고 할까요? 마치 동남아로 놀러 갔을 때 먹었던 음료 같기도 하고요. 날 좋은 주말에 근처 공원에서 돗자리 펼쳐놓고 마시면 마치 휴양지에 온 듯한 느낌이 날 거예요. 바나나 밀크소다, 강력 추천합니다!

    우유 먹는 온도에 대해 질문 하나 하겠습니다. 조금 기니 미리 양해 부탁드립니다.

    보통 마트에서 우유를 사오는데 집까지 걸어서 20분 정도 걸립니다. 도착해서 우유를 먹으면 맛이 기가 막힙니다. 차갑지 않고 그렇다고 미지근하지도 않은 온도인데 고소한 맛이 엄청납니다. 몇 번을 경험했습니다. 집에서는 이 시간 맞추기가 힘들더라고요.

    계절에 따라 차이가 나긴 하는데 초여름 기준으로 마트 냉장고 속의 우유를 꺼내 20~30분 정도 지났을 때가 제일 맛있는 것 같습니다. 집에 도착했을 때 장바구니서 꺼내면 우유팩 표면에 땀 흐르듯 물이 맺혀 있습니다. 이때 먹으면 젤로 맛있더라고요.

    (물론 사람마다 입맛이 다르므로 적당한 온도라는 표현이 안 맞습니다만) 혹시 우유 회사는 우유가 제일 맛있는, 혹은 제일 고소한 온도를 알고 계신가 해서 여쭤봅니다. 라면도 사람마다 입맛이 다르지만 라면 회사에서 권장하는 끓이는 시간이 있잖아요. 우유 회사도 그런 게 있을 것 같아서 물어봅니다.
