오븐 바비큐 ~ 오븐 보쌈 만들기

김장했어요!
택배로 받은 절임배추와 양념속을 이용해 밤에 택배 풀어서 10분안에 후다닥 양념 버무리기만 했던 초스피드 김장이었어요.
밤에 하다 보니 김장의 최고 짝꿍인 보쌈을 못 먹었는데요. 그래서 오늘 메뉴는 보쌈과 어제 만든 김장이었답니다. 이번 보쌈은 매번 하던 밥통이 아닌 오븐으로 만들어봤어요.

오븐 바비큐 느낌 나는 오븐 보쌈 만들기를 한거죠! ^^

돼지목살 1kg을 구입했어요. 오븐에 넣을 때 썰어서 넣으면 양념도 더 잘 배고 무엇보다 요리시간도 짧아져서 적당한 두께로 썰어 달라고 정육점 사장님께 부탁드렸어요.

돼지 목살은 양념에 2시간 정도 재워둘거에요.

오븐 바비큐,오븐 보쌈의 양념장은
우선 아침에주스 산골사과 사과즙 200ml~

저 서울우유 순착즙주스를 이용했어요.
사과만 들어있도 맛도 좋고 보시는것처럼 디스펜서도 마음에 들어요.

사과즙 200ml+ 된장 듬뿍 1큰술+ 마늘 1큰술+ 맛술 60ml를 넣고 양념장을 만들 후
고기를 숙성시켜 주면 맛있는 오븐 바비큐, 오븐 보쌈 만들기가 돼요.

2시간 정도 숙성시켰어요!

오븐 바비큐, 오븐 보쌈은 예열한 오븐에 230도로 20분간 구웠어요.

20분간 오븐에 구워지는 동안 재워두고 남은 양념장은 불에 끓여 걸쭉한 소스처럼 만들었어요.

20분 후 오븐에서 고기를 꺼내 뒤집은 후,
방금 양념장으로 만든 걸쭉한 소스를 고기에 골고루 발라주세요.

그 다음 다시 230도로 20분간 더 구웠어요.

향기부터 숯불 바비큐, 숯불 보쌈 향이라 침샘을 마구 자극해요. 족발도 그냥 족발보다 숯불에 구운 족발은 풍미가 가득하잖아요. 보쌈도 오븐이 답이었나 봐요!

잘랐더니 도마에서 무섭게 사라지더라고요. 아이들이 접시에 올릴 고기를 남기지 않았어요. ^^
“엄마~이거 팔면 안돼요? 보쌈집에서 사 먹는 것보다 훨씬 맛있어요.”
두 아들 입맛에 맛있으면 요즘 꼭 이렇게 이야기하네요. 립서비스를 아는 녀석들입니다. ^^

육즙도 살아있어 쫀득쫀득한 게, 숯불 향까지 제대로 더 해져 맛있긴 하더라고요.
앞으로 밥통으로 오븐 안 만들어 먹을 것 같아요.

어젯밤 김장 끝내고 보쌈 안 먹어 무지 아쉬웠는데 그 아쉬움을
오븐 바비큐, 오븐 보쌈 만들기 덕분에 제대로 날렸어요.

김치와 먹는 오븐 보쌈 최고네요.
