달콤한 과육이 가득! 무화과 잼 만들기

무화과 몇 상자로 매일같이 무화과 풍년처럼 먹고 있다가 무화과가 점점 물러가 잼으로 만들어 버렸어요~ 과일은 좀 물러지기 시작하면 잼으로 만들 수 있기 때문에 끝까지 안 버리고 먹을 수 있는 것 같아요.
무화과 잼은 과육 자체가 달콤해 다른 잼에 비해서 설탕이 많이 들어가지 않아 최대한 냉장고에서 빨리 먹어야 하지만 그래도 잼 만들어 두면 그리 오래 가진 않을 거예요. ^^

 

재료
무화과 500g, 설탕 150g, 레몬즙 1T, 요구르트 1개(80g)

무화과를 깨끗이 씻어 반을 자르고 설탕을 넣어 약불에서 끓여줍니다.

요구르트(앙팡 플러스사과 요구르트 사용했어요)와 레몬즙을 넣어 잼 농도가 될 때까지 끓여주면 완성이에요.

* 잼 농도는 주걱으로 바닥을 긁었을 때 3초 정도 있다가 닫히면 잼 농도가 됩니다.
아니면 잼 조금을 찬 물에 떨어뜨려 흔들어 봤을 때 뭉개지지 않아도 되는 거예요.

잼은 식으면 식을수록 굳기 때문에 갓 만들었을 때는 농도가 조금 묽을 수 있지만 걱정하지 마세요~
만든 무화과 잼이 식을 때까지 기다릴 수가 없어서 식빵 만들어둔 것에 생무화과와 무화과 잼 함께 올려 먹었어요.

부드러운 무화과 잼의 달콤한 맛! 무화과 잼은 설탕이 많이 들어가지 않는 편이라 무화과의 단맛을 많이 느낄 수 있는 잼이에요.
특히 집에서 만들면 적은 설탕으로도 충분히 맛을 낼 수 있지요~
올해는 참 많이도 무화과를 먹었는데, 무화과 잼으로 마지막까지 싹싹 긁어먹었네요
