고구마카레 만드는법 : 요구르트 넣어 부드럽게 만들어요~

고구마 카레 달달하게 만들어봤어요^^

저녁 메뉴 고민되는데~ 카레가 생각나더라고요.
집에 있는 고구마와 사다 넣어 놓은 고기를 넣어 고구마카레 만들었답니다! ^^
요구르트 넣어줬더니 부드럽고 달콤한 맛에~ 아이들이 무척 잘 먹어요 :)

감자 넣어도 맛있는 카레지만 고구마를 넣어도 더욱 달달하니 맛있는 카레인 것 같아요!

한 그릇 요리라 김치나, 간단한 반찬 몇 개만 준비하면 되니, 너무 간편하구요~~ 엄마인 제가 편하답니다! :)

요구르트 고구마카레 만드는 법 보여드릴게요 ^^

재료: 돼지고기 180g, 고구마 2개, 양파 1개, 당근 1/2개, 요구르트 100g

양파는 네모나게 잘라주세요~

(야채 잘 먹지 않는 아이들 때문에)
당근은 더 작게 잘라줬어요~

고구마도 껍질을 깎아 적당한 크기로 잘라주세요.

냄비를 달구고 오일을 살짝 두른 뒤 고기를 볶아주세요~
후춧가루, 소금 톡톡 뿌려 볶아요.

다른 야채들도 넣어 볶아줍니다~

물을 넣어주고 끓이다가 카레가루를 넣어 잘 풀어 녹여주세요 ~

마지막에 요구르트 넣고 한번 더 끓여주세요^^

밥을 밥그릇에 담고~ 넓은 그릇에 밥을 엎어서 담아준뒤, 카레를 조심스레 주변에 부어줬어요! ^^
아 생각해보니 반대로 할걸 그랬네요~ 카레 먼저 붓고~ 밥 얹을걸 그랬어요~ ㅎㅎ

복숭아, 골드키위의 상큼함이 살아있는 요구르트를 넣어줬더니
부드럽고 달콤한 고구마카레네요^^

한그릇 요리라서 다른 반찬 없이 카레만 먹어도 맛있네요 ^^
