초간단 치즈김밥만들기, 이렇게 해보세요

P1060305아이들이 좋아하는 메뉴 중에는 김밥이 빠지지 않죠.
하지만 엄마는 귀찮다.

오늘은 치즈 김밥을 해줬는데요.
간단하게 만드는 법 소개해볼게요.

P1060291일단 재료를 준비합니다.
근데 급하게 하다 보니 나물류가 없더라고요.
그래서 얌얌쩝쩝으로 대신해봤어요.

P1060292물론 칼슘왕치즈도 빠질 수 없어요.
치즈를 싫어하는 아이인데, 이건 넣어줘도 아무 말 없이 쏙쏙 잘 먹더라고요.
뽀통령의 힘인가.

P1060294일단 달걀에는 우유를 넣어줍니다.
많이는 아니고 달걀 2개에 반 컵 정도 넣어주세요. 그러면 부드러운 맛을 느낄 수 있답니다.

P1060295달걀을 지단처럼 익히다가 채소를 뿌려주세요.
건조야채인데 당근, 브로콜리, 비트 등등 모두 들어있어서 나물이 없을 때 훌륭한 재료가 된답니다.

치즈 김밥 만드는 법은 재료준비에서 시작이니까요.
이제부터 말아봅시다.

P1060299치즈는 한 장을 꺼내 3등분 해줬어요.
취향껏 2등분을 해도 좋을 것 같습니다.

P1060302김밥을 말 때 이렇게 하면 쉬워요.
납작한 재료는 아래로,
단무지 같은 네모난 아이들은 위로.
그렇게 두면 동그랗게 말기 훨씬 쉽답니다. 저는 김발은 사용하지 않고 그냥 손으로 말아요.

아들을 위해 김의 반만 밥을 깔아주면 이렇게 한입에 쏙 들어가는 김밥이 된답니다.
