더위를 식혀주는 새콤달콤 요거트 키위 아이스바 만들기

날씨가 더워지면서 요즘은 점점 후텁지근한 날씨가 되어가는 것 같아요.
이럴 땐 시원한 음료나 아이스크림 같은 차가운 것만 찾게 되는데요,
매일같이 아이스크림 먹는 것이 차곡차곡 쌓이면 칼로리가 어마어마할 것 같고 또 단 걸 많이 먹으면 부담스럽기에 간단하게 요구르트를 얼려서 아이스바로 만들어 먹었어요.
과일이 있다면 함께 얼려 먹으면 더 좋아요~

오늘의 과일은 키위예요.
요구르트는 서울우유의 목장의 신선함이 살아있는 요구르트 플레인 맛으로 준비했답니다. 다른 요구르트는 너무 달기만 해서 쉽게 질렸었는데, 서울우유 요구르트는 우유함량을 높이고 당을 줄인 건강 발효유라 질리지 않고 오래 먹을 수 있고, 건강까지 챙길 수 있어 자주 먹고 있어요~
요구르트를 아이스크림 틀에 넣고 위에 얇게 썬 키위를 올려 얼려주면 되지요.
과일은 그날그날 다르게 올리고, 없으면 또 안올려도 OK!

냉동실에 넣어 뒀다가 생각날 때 쏙 빼 먹으면 되지요~
요구르트라도 얼리게 되면 단맛이나 요구르트 맛이 살짝 덜 날 수 있는데, 그럴 땐 연유를 조금 섞어서 얼려주시면 딱! 사 먹는 아이스바 맛이 나요~

키위가 안 박힌 면은 요거트 슬러시 맛이 나고, 키위가 있는 부분은 씹을 때 키위가 함께 씹혀 달콤새콤한 맛이 나는 아이스바에요.

요런 건 녹여 먹지 말고 한입씩 크게 베어먹기!
아이스크림 먹을 때 이가 시려 잘 안 베어 먹는데, 키위가 있길래 한입 크게 베어 물었어요^^
저희 남편은 식후 아이스크림 한 개씩 먹고 나서 “왜 이렇게 살이 찌지?” 라면서 갸웃갸웃 하는데, 그 이유를 알려주기에는 식후 아이스크림 시간을 너무나 즐기는 것 같아 아무 말 안하고 홈메이드 요커트 아이스바로 바꿔주려고요~^^

아이들 간식거리로도 으뜸일 거에요. 점점 더 더워지는 날씨에 더위를 식혀주고, 맛도 건강도 챙길 수 있는 새콤달콤 요거트 키워 아이스크림 어떠세요?:D
